Privacy Policy
Effective September 26, 2026
On this page
Metacode, Inc., doing business as Remria (“Remria,” “we,” “us”), provides a cloud workspace where you can work with AI agents, files, a browser, and development tools. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
- Account information: information used to create and maintain your account, such as your name, email address, account identifiers, and sign-in information supplied by your identity provider.
- Workspace content: prompts, conversations, files, command output, browser activity within the cloud workspace, and other information you or your agents create, upload, or access through the service.
- Connected services: connection settings, authorization tokens, API keys, and related information you choose to provide. A browser profile may retain cookies and sign-ins to services you visit.
- Billing information: subscription status, transaction records, and billing details. Our payment processor handles payment credentials; we do not need your full card number to operate your workspace.
- Technical and support information: IP addresses, device and browser information, service logs, errors, resource usage, and communications you send us.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provision and operate your workspace, carry out your requests, connect your tools, process payments, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We may use service and usage information to understand and improve reliability and functionality.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, comply with law, or act on your consent when applicable. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting processing already carried out.
AI providers and connected services
Using an agent may transmit prompts, selected files, conversation context, tool results, and other relevant information to its AI provider. Connecting ChatGPT, Claude, or another service does not make that provider part of Remria. Their terms, privacy policies, plan settings, and retention practices apply to information they receive.
When you or your agent visit a website, call an API, publish content, or use another connected service, that service receives the information needed for the action. Review the permissions you grant and the provider’s policies before connecting sensitive accounts. Disconnecting a service does not undo information already sent to it.
When we share information
We share information with providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, payments, support, and other service functions, and with AI providers and services you instruct us to use. Our infrastructure includes Microsoft Azure; authentication may use Google Firebase, and payments use Stripe. Providers may change as the service develops.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, protect people or systems, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
Cookies and local storage
Remria uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session continuity, preferences, and service functionality. The browser inside your cloud workspace also stores data from the sites you visit, including their cookies and login state. That storage is separate from the browser on your own device. Clearing or blocking storage may sign you out or affect functionality.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes. Your files and environment are designed to persist between conversations. Closing a tab or ending a conversation does not delete your workspace.
You can remove content and disconnect services using available controls, or request account or data deletion at founders@remria.com. Deletion may not immediately remove backup copies or records retained for legal obligations, security, disputes, or billing. Copies held by services you connected are governed by those services.
Security and international processing
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep account credentials secure, use appropriate permissions, and avoid putting information in your workspace that you are not authorized to share.
Remria and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws from your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will handle requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you use a workspace provided by an organization, that organization may control the information in it. Requests about organization-controlled information may need to be directed to that organization.
Children
Remria is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
